BPM Naples – September 2018

We were contacted to manage the transfers for the event VAR BANCO BPM: over 300 guests to be transferred to a complex city like Naples.

Making our own one of the basic concepts of Banco BPM “work and innovate to provide our customers, people and companies the best service possible” we collaborated with A&S Team that managed the entire event.

The field study of logistics, the inspections carried out in the airport and in the various wonderful locations chosen by the client, and in which the events took place, provided the result of completely satisfying the guests. We were left only to do what was requested: provide the best service possible.

Bidfood, Barcelona – August 2018

Bidfood, world leader in quality food sector, had the purpose to organize in the best possible way its annual event, with 300 representatives, branch managers and senior managers coming from different countries.

In a stimulating but complex location like Barcelona – Spain, for a four-day event, our customers felt the need to rely on a company that would take care of their transfers without creating any problems.

In order to achieve the best result, we sent our tour managers right to the site, so that they could coordinate the work at best, in complete harmony with A&S Team, the company that handled the event impeccably.

Doing so, we have been able to manage all the problems live – transfers, dinners, tours, perfectly organized by the team of A&S Team – and make guests enjoy the typical Catalan atmosphere.

In the wonderful setting of Villa D’Este, under the aegis of the events agency Eventually, we were asked to manage the transfers from airports and stations for more than 200 VIP guests of Lenovo Group.

With the help of our stewards and our professional drivers, we successfully provided the mission with full customer satisfation.

Lamborghini URUS ITALIAN EXCELLENCE “SINCEWEMADEITPOSSIBLE”

Urus, the first Super Sport Utility Vehicle in the world, was presented at the Automobili Lamborghini headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese, in the presence of Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni.

With Urus the Casa del Toro creates a new segment in luxury cars.

We were contacted by one of the leading companies in the field of events in Italy, Eventually of Milan, which is the head of the Peroni Eventi Group, for collaborating on the success of the Lamborghini URUS event.

The customer’s objectives were to find a company capable of building a service worthy of the event, to follow it with the utmost professionalism, and technologically advanced, able to manage a world-class event.

The problems we had to overcome were many, starting with the safety factor, as the event took place within one of the structures with the highest level of technological research; the World Premiere took place in the new factory 4.0. created specifically for the design and construction of the URUS line.

There was also the company’s need to find cars from the AUDI-Volkswagen group to transport VIP guests, board members, invited celebrities and institutional guests. These cars by the customer’s will did not have to carry more than two guests for each type of transfer.

Last but not least the location of the event, as it was decentralized by the nearer city of Bologna, in which were located the many hotels that hosted the event participants.

“SINCEWEMADEITPOSSIBLE”

Thanks to the high professionalism and organization of the Peroni Eventi Group and Lamborghini Motors, in addition to the fielding of our staff, consisting of two problem solver Managers and three driver coordinators, we have handled the selected 800 VIP guests using 27 Audi A6, 3 Audi A8 and 9 Luxury Bus, all branded with the Lamborghini Italy Logo and driven by professional drivers.

The end result was that, under the careful coordination of the Eventually staff of the Peroni Eventi Group, we anticipated the needs of the guests and resolved in advance all the problems related to safety and transport with the complete satisfaction of the Customer and his guests.
